Processing Time

All orders are processed within 48 hours of being placed. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be processed before end of day Tuesday.

Domestic Delivery Time - Standard Shipping

Orders shipped to the western U.S. can be expected within 3-5 business days. Orders shipped to the eastern U.S. generally take 3-8 business days. For quicker delivery, expedited shipping services are available. All delivery times are estimates. Illuminate Plastic Surgery, Inc. is not responsible for delays in delivery due to events beyond our control, including shortage of materials, labor strikes, transportation failures or acts of nature.

Overnight and 2-day Shipping (UPS)

For quicker delivery, expedited Next Day and 2nd Day shipping services are available via UPS.

PO Boxes and Military Addresses (USPS)

USPS is required for all deliveries to PO Boxes and military addresses. We cannot guarantee replacement of lost packages shipped via USPS.

Out of Stock Items

If an item in your order is out of stock, we will notify you via e-mail within one business day. Please make sure to add us to your address book so that you may receive a confirmation email (contact@illuminatesurgery.com).
